Jump Turn Development is a Sacramento-based real estate development company focused on identifying underutilized land and transforming it into high-quality, well-designed housing. Our goal is to help create much-needed “missing middle” infill housing.

Derek partners with local builders, designers, and investors to create attainable infill housing that enhances neighborhoods and expands housing options.

In addition, Derek is a licensed real estate agent where he helps clients buy and sell real estate in Sacramento. He focuses on vacant land, sites with development opportunities, and older homes with value-add potential.
